The Problem

We have been a member of CHAS for almost 13 years, joining due to CHAS being a universally recognised badge of health and safety compliance amongst our full client base.

Kemtile chose CHAS to add value to our business, emphasising to these clients that we are taking our health, safety and wellbeing obligations seriously.

The Solution

Since becoming a CHAS member in 2008, when our existing or new clients update or vet their contractor competency records, the time to approve this has been greatly reduced.

There are also savings for our Clients when selecting suitable competent contractors to carry out tasks correctly. Rather than risk selecting incompetent contractors and having to spend any time correcting potential errors, they can assign projects with far greater comfort and assurance.

There are visible time savings for Kemtile also when wanting access to new contractor portals or registers to pitch for potential work opportunities, CHAS is required for this access.

The Outcome

Working with CHAS allows us to tender with confidence for business with blue chip customers in the food and beverage, pharma, aerospace and automotive sectors.
